I'm about to apply for a Visitor visa to Canada. What will be my chances of being approved or denied

I'm about to apply for a Visitor visa to Canada. What will be my chances of being approved or denied?
I have good travel histories. 3 schengen visa (Europe) , Canadian Tourist ( expired already) Valid US tourist visa. My problem is, I am a Registered nurse here in the Philippines. Most Consular officer doesn't like that.Because of poor job prospect for Nurses . I'm currently studying Master of Arts in Nursing in a reputable school here in Manila I have Bank deposits worth $4000 canadian for the trip. I have a German-Filipino daughter who i will leave behind while Im on my short trip.Im currently unemployed because my German boyfriend is providing for me and daughter. Also if Consular officer will search, all my immediate family (Father, Mother, 3 siblings has Valid US Tourist Visa) NO ONE OVER STAYED...If you are a consular officer, what will be my chances of obtaining a CANADIAN TOURIST VISA?

I think you still have a good chance of being granted a tourist visa for Canada since you have proof of ties back there in the Philippines.Your travel histories to Europe and Canada can also help. But it is always up to the Consular Officer.Good luck.

i need help from nurses in Pennsylvania

i need help from nurses in Pennsylvania!?
cant gather my thoughts! im a graduating nursing student here in the philippines. On May 2009 i'll graduate from bachelor of science in nursing. and by that month i'll be heading to pennsylvania to take nclex, and it means i will not take local board exam here in manila. im going to PA having my tourist visa. here's my questions: a. can i take nclex exam in PA even though im not a registered nurse in any territory? b. what if i pass the nclex and i have my working visa, can i work as a BSN- RN right away in PA? c. do i still have to take CGFNS because i graduated here in manila?(is that a law or requirement in PA) d. do i have to take PA local board exam for BSN-RN? e. which examination should i take first (in order) PA local board exam, cgfns or nclex. hope someone can help me... thank you and GODBLESS

Below is the Pennsylvania State Nursing Board's website. I recommend contacting them on specific laws and regulations. What you'll read on Yahoo Answers is just hearsay - better to go straight to the horse's mouth.

A better website for this type of question is www.allnurses.com

You cannot do this on a tourist visa! Tourist visas are only for tourists, vacationers. You must prove you have sufficient funds to do all the normal tourist things and have a round-trip plane ticket, hotel reservations, etc. You cannot change status from tourist to any type of visa, especially not a work permit. If you do anything which indicates intention to remain, you are in violation of your visa ($10,000 fine) and you can be barred from getting any future visas based on your record of visa fraud. Take your exams in Manila. Get a job there. Get experience. To qualify for a work permit as a BSN/RN, you must have a university degree AND a minimum of 2 years experience. After that you can apply for positions in the States, and if you find someone willing to hire you and sponsor your employment pass, you could come to the US.
