Nursing board examiner nabbed for illegal recruitment?
(UPDATE) ONE of the nursing board examiners linked to the leakage of questions for this year’s licensure tests was arrested by police in her home in Taguig City Thursday night for alleged illegal recruitment. Virginia Madeja was immediately rushed to the Philippine National Police (PNP) General Hospital after her blood pressure shot up and she complained of shortness of breath. By Friday afternoon, she was well enough to be transferred to the PNP Custodial Center, GMA Network’s Flash report said. Senior Superintendent Asher Dolina, chief of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in the National Capital Region Chief, confirmed his men served a warrant of arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court in Manila against Madeja for alleged illegal recruitment and estafa (fraud). The warrant stems from charges filed by two nurses who Madeja, who introduced herself as the manager of Total Care Staffing Service, allegedly duped into paying 500 dollars in 2001 for what turned out to be non-existent job abroad.

From Florida ka kamo? So are you local or stateside? If Filipino go to DFA. If American go to the US. ......................Embassy.
2 :
your best source for an answer is the US Embassy. You can ask them if you can have your biometrics processed at the embassy. Don't just rely on hearsay. Get the answer yourself. It's usually USCIS who will process your biometrics in the US. Since you're in Manila, that is a different scenario. Find out if the US Embassy has a website. If there is, try sending them an e-mail and ask if you could have yourbiometrics done at the embassy. You didn't say if you have an immigration lawyer handling your case. If you do, you can ask your lawyer. Try the website uscis.gov. That's the official website on US Immigration issues.

See a recruiter but make it fast. You are very close to the age limit (if not over it) in some cases and some MOS (a.k.a. Army Jobs)
2 :
If you are serious, I salute you! Check out www.goarmy.com and good luck!
3 :
Based on your job it seemed like you have enough education to join as an officer so you shouldn't worry about the age limit for enlisted men and why not just just join the regular army.
4 :
Go ask them.
