Tell the driver you'll get off at LRT 5th avenue station Take the LRT bound to Baclaran, get off at Padre Faura Station... Now you are in Malate Area...(right side) Sorry, Im not familiar with F. Benitez St., Im pretty sure other answers will direct you in a while.

in addition to lapu lapu's answer, once you got off the lrt, you'll cross the street and just walk straight ahead. when you see iglesia ni cristo church and a certain gas station, PNA office is just behind it. in case you got lost, just ask question to trustworthy looking people there. im sure you'll gonna find it. goodluck. btw, in case there is no gracepark bus available, you can take cubao bound bus. from there, take a jeepney with sign of kalaw, taft, pasay. then ask the driver to drop you off to padre faura. after that, follow the instruction above.
