Have friend in Pasay +manila who needs to find free internet access , not hot spots. free public libraries ?
any free internet access in Pasay or Manila? she needs a job desperately too. She is a nurse graduate. Any help? thanks.

im from pasay and i dont think there are free hotspots but good luck with that, you can always go in coffee shops, but you have to pay for the internet access.

no free internet here in the libraries... unless you are a student of that particular school, and you are not allowed to check your e-mails. your friend has to go in an internet cafe to use a computer... there are lots of those here in manila. it usually cost around Php30-40 per hour.
