hello all....I graduated and passed the licensure exam for nurses 3 years ago. but didn't practice nursing right away. Can anyone help me where to find a hospital that are in need of volunteer nurses,

Most hospitals accommodate volunteer nurses. But I heard of the anomalous practice where these hospitals actually charge the volunteer nurses, reasoning that they do not really need them and ergo, they are outside of the budget of the hospital. meanwhile, there are expenses to maintain them in the volunteer staff.

You have to pay a monthly fee to become a volunteer and a referral from high position in hospital you are applying (palakasan system)
